Called Ronnie back to install a remote keypad outside. He was in and out in 10 minutes including installation, showing me how to operate it, and paying by credit card. Piece of cake.

You guys are way OVERPRICED. The first quote was $630.00 to replace a broken spring. I was told I needed a new spring, new end and middle bearing plates and the door need lubricant. I trusted the word of the installer Carlos. I told Carlos that the price was really high. He then said I didn’t need the lubricant and I was given a price of $570. I told Carlos that his price was not right. Carlos stated he could tell I was upset. Carlos stated he was the field manager and that the prices are set price. Carlos stated he would take 15% off and changed the price to $484.19 I see your mark up is on your parts. The parts are made metal not gold. I paid because I needed my garage back and he was here. The only good thing was you showed up when you said you would. Charging those prices, you can do one job a day. You should be on time. I will never use your company again.
