Sean called ahead as promised, and even arrived ahead of time. He was professional and courteous and quickly diagnosed the problem. He made the repair, and then checked the tracks, tightened screws and because it is an old door, provided some other information on how to keep it working. He was outgoing and cheerful throughout.
