Chasen was courteous, knowledgeable and is an asset to your company! He fixed the problem under warranty and could have left it at that but he went out of his way to go back to the shop and get a support beam for the garage door. I have to tell you I wasn't happy with how noisy this new door was, popped and creaked and didn't seem normal. The new support took care of the problem and I feel better about my purchase. Can't say enough about the great service we had with Chasen Leone and his trainee. Chasen inspected and checked all parts of the garage door, motors etc. He reviewed and offered options with me for the repairs needed in words that were easy to understand. Said springs might last a couple years. Since I had two knowledgeable workers here and when asked they had springs on their truck, we opted to get the springs replaced now.
