I called your company out for a service because my door was older and would make a bang every now and then when it went up. I paid for the service of having the tune up to be told my motor was going to go out soon nd need to be replaced soon and he could order it right now. I really didn't have the kind of money to replace a door and motor. Well my door still banged after he left so I'm not really sure what I paid for with my tune up and all that to keep it running smoothly. My motor had not died yet but it sounded the same as before he came. I went with a different company to purchase a brand new insulated door with a liftmaster motor for a better price.

Ronnie was very professional and courteous. My problem was with the operation of the remote keys. The door would not open or close when using the remote from various locations outside the garage. I recommend that Precision Door advise their customers not to use LED lights in the openers as that appears to be the problem that I had. When I replaced the lights with the normal translucent lights, the door works fine.
