Jake was AWESOME!! He was professional, courteous, on time, efficient, competent, friendly, polite, etc. He replaced my spring and checked out the other components of the opener finding another broken piece that he also replaced. I was 100% satisfied with the work done. I would highly recommend Precision Door BUT more specifically Jake Bawden. He is everything you would want in a service professional. I hope his manager appreciates him.
