Precision Garage Door was super responsive and easy to work with. Made an online appointment for the next day and received multiple confirmations. Was contacted the morning of the appointment and told Evan B would be my technician. Evan called 2 hours before the appointment and was able to come early. After looking at the spring, Evan gave me quote with different options, no pressure, fixed the spring and was done in less than an hour. Overall a great experience and Evan did great work, tuned up the door in addition to the spring and was a tech I’d be happy to use again.

Carlo replaced it with a new motor and what ever went with it.
