Mike arrived promptly with a company truck fully equipped with all the necessary repair parts. Cable had to be replaced and the new cable had to be cut to size. Learned a lot from him about how a fully adjusted door should operate. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I will hire them again. I have chosen Precision because I had a very bad experience with a fly-by-night outfit who they sent a contract technician (Middle Eastern accent) that isn’t capable and fully equipped.

Nikolai was very courteous and professional. Two items will need to be ordered and then installed. The large door had wrong color of trim around the windows. Small door was correct. Springs were not the upgraded springs ordered. Otherwise the doors are very nice and we look forward to enjoying them once everything is complete.
