confusing info about the cost of replacing 2 springs in garage door. It ended up costing me over $700.00 and I felt like I got ripped of! Oh, and I got a free 5 year warranty that I won't use because "their parts are so superior they should not fail before 8 years"

Very good 5 Star Service: Very much appreciated the update tune up plus the changes to the
system for improved performance. DJ was very friendly, thorough and efficient taking time to
demonstrate how to lube every 6 months, check the torque on bolts, where to get the correct
spray and light bulb.

I am not really sure what to make of this encounter. Chris arrived around 10:30 when we expected him at 10:00. To his credit, he called to say he would arrive at 10:10. It made me feel like my time wasn't valuable.
Chris got out of his car and stated "I am confused, you have a door that is just like the one you requested." But we didn't request anything beyond a quote for a new door made of wood and perhaps a garage door opener. We didn't even submit a design. Chris did a very good job of telling me that is not what I wanted as it would be expensive ($15k - $20k) and would distract from our cute house. He seemed to be under the impression we couldn't afford that or didn't know what to expect. I was actually kind of offended and felt dismissed.
He then explained our garage was too low an overhead lift and we would need a jackshaft on the side of our garage but we would need to first run electricity to that area. He provided a quote for the jackshaft.

This was fir an estimate to remove door for the ceiling to be insulated and replaced. The garage door would then be reinstall. Wes came to review the situation and provide advise. Unfortunately my very dependable motor would have to be replaced with one with sensors but fortunately the new motor carries a lifetime guarantee. Wes was very professional and thorough. I will be in touch with him on date to remove and reinstall.

Our service call was very high end! Notified of our appt and a photo- name of person arriving. Wesley was so knowledgeable, got right into business measuring doors and checked our existing doors for malfunctioning.
Talked w us difference between doors and our existing wood doors. We asked and he gave us his personal opinion about style of doors, windows etc.
