It took a long time to get the parts which is understandable given the current supply chain issues. The main issue I had was the lack of communication: no updates on parts, no contact to schedule the service, and no contact to reschedule service. I had to call to find out when the tech would be here.
When the tech was here, he did a good job and was done fast. The quote included the use of a scissor lift, but Mike did it without so I hope I won't be charged for it.
