Thank you for coming out so quickly to repair the door! Only giving a lower star rating because i requested for someone to call my cell phone before heading over. I did not get a call from Scott. I only got a call from my supervisor, who got a call from customer care, who noted that Precision door was on site and needed a lift. The lift was on site in an electrical room. If i had gotten a call, i would have had an electrician there ready with the lift. Other than that, thank you for the service, and I look forward to the quote for replacement.
