Sean McCoy installed a new door and opener and we do not have one negative comment about the whole procedure and feel he gets more than 5 stars as well as Kat who came for the bid, the whole process was very smooth. They texted and emailed to keep us informed, were here as they said they would, listened to global warming concerns, what is promised on paper is followed through. Sean came on the hottest day of the month with a garage facing south and hot driveway cement beating down on him but he pushed through with not one complaint. We had the garage ready for him as directed and he was off to another job. We would'nt call any other company. Thank you to Sean and Kat!!!

Austin Kephart was an excellent technician to work with and who quickly got our garage door operating again by resetting a door roller back into the roller track. The door spring was not broken but he felt it was in need of replacement and provided an estimate for doing that.

Antonio was great!! While others could have taken a look tried a few things and said there was no way to fix the situation, Antonio used critical thinking and expert problem solving to figure out what to do. To say we were surprised and grateful would be an understatement. The door could only be addressed from the outside as there are no entrances to the garage other than a window that doesn’t omen. After getting the door open, Antonio identified loose bolts and a track that was out of alignment. He fixed everything and our door works great. He even showed us how to troubleshoot the situation if it happened again. If there’s an employee recognition program, he deserves to be acknowledged!!

Our garage door spring broke and I was worried that we couldn't get it fixed because it was a Friday evening. To my surprize they were able to come out the next day (Saturdat) and repair the garage door. Our tech (Robert) was wonderful. He arrived on time explained in detail what he was going to do and made sure it was working properly before he left. I would highly recommend this company. They were the ones that replaced our door and they really stand behind there products that they sell. Kudos to Precision Door Service!! They're the best.
