I had my doors installed about 2-3 months ago and noticed more noise lately.
Nathan came out and quickly diagnosed that the fillers probably just needed some lubrication.
He lubricated our 2 doors and didn't charge a service charge since we just had them installed.
I appreciated his professionalism and he gave me a lot of knowledge for the future.

JP was awesome!
We did have issues getting rescheduled day of many times (4 times and during the window they were supposed to be there) both for the consultation and install from the main office. That was very frustrating as our schedules don’t allow to easy accommodate being home and available. However we were given a credit for the inconvenience and JP went out of his way to fit us in at the end of a full schedule which we really appreciated. Everything was installed to our expectation and works great!

Precision door as been out several times to repair an aging automatic gate. The motor is likely decades old and yet their staff knows how it works and what it needs. They've repaired what they can suggested replacement for parts that are at the end of their life. They ever showed me how to adjust the gate while I wait for the replacement. Every tech and admin member I've dealt with have been knowledgable, professional and pleasant to work with. I will call them first for future needs.

Technician here early which I very much appreciated. Error Code 15 for Sensor. It was wiring, so Karlou replaced all the wiring to make sure it does not happen again. That I appreciated too. Mike R. Was awesome! Came out on time (called and let me know he was on his way) I had 2 garage doors that needed new seals and I needed him to check out the doors as they are original to the house (wood) to tell me if they needed to be replaced. He not only assured me things are looking good, he also greased up the hinges and made sure everything was sealed up nicely! (No mice getting into this garage anymore!) Great guy, great service, very friendly and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE! Thanks Mike for ending my day on positive note!
