Nicholas Alby, the repair technician that came to our house, was incredible!! Extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and professional. His "can do" attitude and demeanor gave us peace of mind that everything was going to be ok. Not only did he get our inoperable garage door back in working order, he took the time to ensure that everything - from the door's sensors to springs to the motor - we're also safely functioning properly. Additionally, he offered great advice for maintaining the door's functionality, gave us a troubleshooting checklist to follow if something is not working properly, and provided us with an estimate to install new springs & bearings given the age of our classic wood carriage door; extremely heavy :)
We can not thank him enough for his kindness and work ethic. We will be replacing our springs & bearings in the near future, and will most certainly be calling upon Precision Door Service and Nicholas to do the work!
