I needed struts installed on my garage door to repair a bent panel, and also springs needed to be reset. Christopher Tiffany was my technician. He was knowledgeable and polite and took the time to explain what the problem was and what repairs were needed. He noticed a few adjustments that would make my door run more smoothly and took care of those, too. Pricing was fair, no pressure to buy additional parts/service. My door is working so much better than it has in a while. I would definitely use Precision again!
