The service from the technician was very good - he was prompt, courteous, and efficient. The interaction with the office left something to be desired as they texted me they could not make the appt on Sat, but the phone # I left was a landline and unable to receive texts. When I called them on Sat to ask about why the tech had not come, they said they also tried to call me, but I have a log of all calls and there were none from the office, so they did not tell me the truth, and wouldn't admit they screwed up. You need to be aware that not everyone has a cell phone these days and you need to make accommodations for that.
