I’d say as a client we need a bit more notice and direct communication from tech if he is coming by; also, when garage door installation day happens we need a few days notice.
Got an email yesterday at 1140am saying that the garage needed to be prepped bc the technician was coming at 4-6pm. We had no previous notice or contact about this.
I’d say just simply more communication and notice bf appointments. It would be best if the technician texted me at least 24-48 hours bf he plans to stop by. We are not home all the time and often working so need a bit more notice and details about what is happening and when. The appt yesterday was a surprise.
