There was a little mix up on the install date but made the extra effort to correct it when pointed out. 2 garage doors, one opener, keypad OLD OLD equipment that needed replacing. The consult went well, and was very informative. We were kept informed of the timeline - it took a couple of months for the doors in our chosen color to arrive. On install day, Sean, the tech arrived when scheduled. And my new doors are awesome. And so very very quiet.

Precision was great to work with. The estimator Kat was knowledgeable and walked us through the process and materials thoroughly. The doors were severely back ordered but did come in earlier than expected. The installer Sean MCoy was on time, professional, courteous and gave us great tips to extend the life of the doors. They look amazing, he did a fantastic job and left our garage clean of any debris! Highly recommend!

Really good response time. Damaged the door on Monday and had it replaced by Thursday. I was shocked!! Sean McCoy did a great job of coming in and getting the job done. He removed and replaced the old double door in 3 hours, and that was with me chatting with him most of that time. That was two weeks ago and the door is working flawlessly. Thanks

The installation was done professionally and the doors and opener are extremely quiet. I was required to replace 2 garage doors by my HOA. I am so pleased with my technician Sean McCoy. He was efficient, courteous and very neat and clean. The doors are fabulous. I will say I was going for a visual improvement, the salesman undersold, as the BIG improvement is the operation of the doors. I guess at 37 years old the previous ones really needed some new mechanics. FABULOUS OUTCOME. And they are beautiful.
